Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sunrising Industries Ltd(UK), governing your access to our website, purchase of software licenses, and use of Vibe Booster.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your paid subscription, Sunrising dev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run Vibe Booster on authorized personal devices for your individual use.

2. Billing, Subscriptions

All payments are securely processed through our payment gateway provider, Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

  • Pro Power User: Billed at $19/month (or equivalent local currency).
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any price modifications will be notified to you at least 30 days in advance via email.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with our desktop utilities. Our policies are as follows:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further charges will apply.
  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with Vibe Booster, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at business@sunrising.uk. Refund requests made after 14 days will not be eligible.

4. Intellectual Property

All software code, graphics, logos, and UI designs associated with Vibe Booster and the Sunrising dev brand are the exclusive intellectual property of Sunrising Industries Ltd(UK). Reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, or modification of the compiled binaries is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Sunrising Industries Ltd(UK) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to hardware instability, operating system crashes, or data loss arising from the use of Vibe Booster.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
